Refund Policy for Digital Products (License Keys)

At ShaFivem, we prioritize customer satisfaction and provide digital software license keys delivered electronically.

1. Digital Products & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of license keys are generally final once the product has been delivered. Refunds are not provided for successfully delivered and activated license keys.

2. Non-Delivery or Technical Issues

If a license key is not delivered, invalid, or fails to activate due to a system or technical issue, customers are eligible for a replacement or refund after verification. Our support team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

3. Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their system, software, and platform prior to purchase. Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility or incorrect product selection.

4. Fraud Prevention

Orders flagged as fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our terms may be canceled or refunded at our discretion to prevent misuse.
